OK Gals (and Guys),
We’ve had a whole bunch of emails asking us if we knew the best way, or ways to treat recurrent yeast infections.
Well, we’re not doctors, but we just completed some excellent research and it’s too long to post here on our blog, so we put it up on a seperate Web page on our site. It has videos, symptoms and types of natural remedies that we believe in here at GoWomensHealth.info. We think it’s excellent information and you can check it out here Treat Recurrent Yeast Infections
If you’re suffering from this infection we think this will help. So, check it out.

Wow Jamie, what a great article on how to treat recurrent yeast infections. What about thrush? Any ideas on that… and yeah, I know you’re not a doctor, but what’s your opinion? Also, I know MONISTAT only treats symptoms, but what about the types of food we should eat to relieve the symptoms? Have any advice on that? Big order I know and thanks.

@ Jill,
Thanks for the compliment Jill. The videos should help you get in the right mind set to begin your own plan. Check out evitamins.com and search “candida cleanse” and they will have some different products for you to choose from.
@ Joy,
Thrush is a fungi of the throat or mouth… not vaginal yeast infections. But, this process will work for both ailments. So, no need to worry there. True we’re not M.D., or OB/GYN’s, but I think we can come up with a diet or some foods that will help thrush or a vaginal yeast infection to a speedy recovery. Stay tuned
Jamie
